The Perfect Weekend Away in a 2012 Dodge Journey

What’s your idea of the perfect weekend away? Could it be the weekend spa break complete with relaxing massage and maximum pampering? Or maybe the weekend city break with your partner? Maybe it’s just a peaceful weekend in a cottage, away from it all?

We’ve all got different ideas about how to spend a few days away from the daily hassles of work and family life. Now we’re not saying these are bad ways to spend a weekend (certainly not directly, anyway) but it seems to us that there are few better ways to spend a weekend than under the stars. That’s right, a camping weekend is hard to beat.

The best thing about a camping weekend is that you are the master of your own destiny. If you spend your weekdays being told what to do by your boss, what better way to enjoy your weekend than to take the power back? And the best way to do this is to load up the Dodge® Journey SXT with all your camping gear, pick a route and head out into the countryside. If you see a road that looks interesting, then just take it. Forget those two and you can really put a blight on your weekend.
